Workouts can be fun!
A Workout is not limited to just lifting dumbbells or barbells, it goes beyond that. There are a variety of workouts available.
It is a great way to get motivated when doing activities in a group, and also gives the opportunity to socialise with each other.
One of the most difficult things when you start working out is adherence, but with group classes this is not the case, they are fun and addictive.

Functional Training

All Crossfit workouts are actually functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life which we perform in the real world.

Cross fit covers the various domains of fitness such as stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Crossfit is a lifestyle in which you are prioritizing your health and the best part is there is no machine. You are the machine.


Running cushions our cartilage by increasing oxygen flow and flushing out toxins, it can also strengthen the ligaments around the joints.

Running stimulates the production of feel-good brain chemicals and hormones which helps to treat depression, reducing stress and anxiety. In addition, the risk of dementia and stroke decreases when brain circulation is kept healthy.

Running improves the lung capacity and strengthens respiratory muscles.


As per the origin of bodybuilding, it is considered to be as a sport. Actually bodybuilding is more than a sport, it is a lifestyle.

It focuses on every aspect of fitness including cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility. There are unlimited health benefits, including a healthy heart, strong bones, reduced risk of coronary artery diseases and reduced risk of fracture etc. There are no age limitations, people of any age and regardless of any fitness level can benefit.


A part of general fitness which is sometimes overlooked is flexibility. Flexibility refers to the degree to which the joints can move. Known as the R.O.M or range of movement. Flexibility plays a vital role in overall fitness.

There are obvious benefits associated with flexibility training such as improvement in an individual’s joints, for activities of daily living. There are generally three types of flexibility training: static stretching, dynamic stretching and PNF stretching.


Boxing was initially considered to be a competitive activity. But now it has become a new workout routine as it encompasses the various components of fitness such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination.

A long list of fitness components in boxing means training stays interesting and challenging. Boxing is great for any level of athletic fitness.


Dancing is a new form of cardio. Cardio workouts normally include walking on a treadmill, cycling, running or spinning. However doing these activities overtime can become boring. The greatest benefits of cardiovascular training come when you enjoy the activity.

Dancing is one those activities which everyone can enjoy and one of the trending dance forms is Bhangra. Dance is an excellent way to burn a good amount of calories within a short period of time. Zumba, & Salsa are also very popular as a form of cardio training.
